Garen,

I think I am dragging the on time performance stats down as I am hopping around in a 172 or a King Air. I rarely make an on time arival. Let me know if I am about to hear from management.

Don't worry - it's alright. There are plans to change to a new performance measure. We'll primarily be using the landing descent profile - so only brush up on your landings and everything should be ok. :)

Hi Garen:

I enjoy reviewing the stats and often wonder how I may be contributing to the "bottom-line" as far as revenues (and costs). Future additions to the roster spreadsheet could include a few columns, like: cumulative revenue and cost totals, monthly revenue and cost totals, and an average monthly salary (based on rank). These are some ideas that would give pilots a sense of the economic impact we have when we fly (beyond the on-time performance). I may be 100% on time on the routes I choose to always fly - yet be losing money for the company! In addition, knowing my "salary", and seeing my monthly revenue contributions in the (red) - may motivate me to make a few more flights per month to get in the BLACK.

I understand all this takes time and effort to program (and may be far too complex and not viable/valuable) - I'd be more than happy to help out in any way I can (may have to learn some of the tools used behind the scenes).

The site is looking great - A big "thank you" to you and the partners for all the work!
